Used Car

A used car, also known as a used vehicle and second hand car is a vehicle that has already had one or more owners. Used cars are sold by franchised and independent dealers, rental companies vehicles, leasing companies, auctions and private sales.
Almost every car sale is an "as is" sale [citation needed]. Some car dealer sell the cars with a guarantee if the sale is not an "as is" sale. What you see is what you always get a used car buyer should do their research before buying a vehicle. Some countries or states or provinces of these countries have specific laws that give car buyers the additional protection. For example, the law may be provided a period of reflection in which the Buyer may return the car or right May require guarantees on the used car.

* Canada
o Ontario - New and used vehicle sales are governed by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
* European Union - cars are guaranteed by the legal system of laws of the European Union, the so-called "responsibility for defects, which lasted 12 months.
* The United States - The Federal Trade Commission has used the rule of cars [1] requires dealers to post a Buyers Guide in every used car they offer for sale.
